Wow this is a beautiful cover picture.. Thanks for sharing this.. Who is the artist? ..smiles.. My thoughts on your quote -“Not only is your story worth telling, but it can be told in words so painstakingly eloquent that it becomes a song.”- Gloria Naylor
This is true because every life is a story with a journey and obstacles in which tries to prevent us from our journeys.. I think most of the time we are our own biggest obstacle.. that is where the (painstakingly eloquent song) comes in.. LOL. The song is a perception of how we receive life, while living, listening, and so on... but if you think about it.. one story is connected to another story always. it has to be as we connect with other people and there story.. ...okay I'm off the deep edge now LOL.. I will stop my ramble.. Smiles sytiva
Sytiva: I love your ramblings, esp. the part about how we are our own biggest obstacles. I've been feeling like that for a while now and posted this quote and lovely artwork to cheer myself up. It's helping. Especially when I get feedback from another writer/artist who is aware of the journey.
The song, I think, comes after we've taken our deepest breathe.
What a lovely thought, Rahma. The picture is so beautiful, it will inspire anyone to write wonderful stories. I love the title of this post 'Living Life as a Song.'
